Bellevue Medina Luxury Bathroom Remodel

For this private estate in Medina, the goal was to transform a cramped, dark bathroom into a bright, sophisticated space. Our team completely reworked the layout, selected premium materials, and integrated high-end fixtures to deliver a clean, modern aesthetic.

Expanding Space and Light in Bellevue Homes

High-end home updates on the Eastside require a deliberate focus on clean lines, smart lighting, and rich textures. This project solved the old layout issues by adding elements that make the entire room feel much larger.

Bespoke Verticality: We installed a full-height glass shower enclosure with a white chevron porcelain tile pattern, drawing the eye upward to make the ceiling feel higher.
Rich Material Contrast: The design pairs a crisp white quartz countertop and under-mount sink with a deep navy blue vanity, grounding the room.
Brushed Brass Accents: High-end brushed brass fixtures including the widespread faucet, shower hardware, and cabinet pulls add a warm, unified metallic finish throughout the space.

Smart Planning and Seamless Execution

Clean Visual Lines:

The frameless glass shower uses minimal seals to keep the sightlines open, showing off the perfectly aligned chevron tile work. A built-in wall niche keeps everyday items hidden out of sight.n.

Balanced Lighting:

We placed large, circular mirrors above the vanity to capture and reflect light from the overhead brass fixtures, instantly brightening up the entire room.

The Design-Build Advantage:

As a family-owned design-build team, we handle everything from the initial layouts and permits to the final tile lines and plumbing. Because we don’t rely on random subcontractors, the quality stays flawless from start to finish.

Dedicated to Quality Craftsmanship

Updating a home in Bellevue’s most exclusive neighborhoods requires absolute precision and high-grade materials. This Medina project shows how smart layout adjustments and premium finishes come together to improve your daily routine and add real, long-term value to your home.

He's responsive, punctual, and one of the most detail-oriented contractors we've ever worked with. He was thoughtful throughout the redesign, helping us with design decisions we were unsure about while staying true to our original vision. The team did an amazing job on our bathroom remodel – the subs were timely, respectful, and highly skilled. We couldn't be happier with the result.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We were looking for a company to remodel our kitchen in Fremont and came across Elite Remodeling LLC. I have to say, they are amazing—very professional, knowledgeable, and great to work with.
After seeing how well our kitchen turned out, we decided to have them remodel our bathroom too, and words cannot describe the attention to detail and craftsmanship they put into their work!
Sergiu and his crew were very knowledgeable and paid close attention to every detail throughout both projects. We really appreciated their hard work, their ability to stay within our budget, and the care they took with all the finishing touches.
We are extremely happy and pleased with the results! We will definitely hire Elite Remodeling LLC again for future projects and would highly recommend them to our friends and anyone looking for quality remodeling work.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great company to work with. I had trouble deciding how I wanted to remodel my bathroom, and Sergiu gave me several options to consider. He’s communicative and does great work. Before and after photos attached. (I’m doing the painting myself, which is why the trim is a different color at the moment). I’ll be using Elite Remodeling again in the future.
